(W-9) Weight Loss Regiman

 Morning Regimen 



1. 8am: Take a Multi-Vitamin mineral and (1) Teaspoon of Liquid Chlorophyll
            in juice or water. Eat last meal no later than 8pm

 

Note:

  • Drink fruit juices
  • level teaspoon of Vegetable or Fruit mix (Ie: Power food, Super food Acai, Mangostein, Goji berries).
  • Eat Low Calorie Fruits and Vegetables
  • Oatmeal with Flaxmeal



2. 10am: Take (3) Chickweed & (3) Uva Ursi



 

Evening Regimen

3. 6am:    Take (3) Chickweed & (3) Uva Ursi

 

Note: 

  • Eat low calorie fruits and vegetables.
  • Drink fruit juices.
  • level Teaspoon of Vegetable protein mix.
  • Eat lightly steamed vegetables or salad with clear dressing.
  • Wheatgrass or Barley grass may be added to a Dairy Free smoothie or juice.

    

4. B4 Bed: Take (3) CKLS 

 

Note:

  • (6 Days a week) “Take one day off all herbs”
  • Drink 1/2 body weight in ounces of water.
